Who we’re looking for:


Creative Producer



Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the management of creative projects, delivering them to agreed timelines and budgets
  • Track and ensure the development of project-based documentation such as ideation decks, cost estimates, timing plans, production schedules, PPM documents and post-production briefs
  • Lead clients and the internal team through project documentation such as ideation decks, scripts and PPM documents; ensuring they are completely informed on all aspects within the project
  • Work closely with, and manage, project specialists such as creative, developers, UX, content producers (designers and copywriters)
  • Assist in the sourcing and negotiation of specialist skill sets required for specific projects
  • Work closely with the Creative Team Lead and Creative Director to ensure all projects run smoothly and are delivered to a high standard and on time


Desired Skills and Experience:


  • Minimum 4-8 years of proven experience of project management and production
  • A clear understanding and interest for all media channels, advertising and digital experience
  • Experience in video production
  • A good head for numbers – estimates and budget management are an important aspect of the role
  • Outstanding people skills – a real team player who loves working collaboratively and has an instinct for liaising with creatives.
  • High levels of organization with brilliant multi-tasking skills to manage multiple projects at once
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently
