- Communicate sustainability initiatives to stakeholders.
- Leverage digital channels for communication and online reputation management.
- Develop and implement crisis communication plans and manage communication during challenging situations to protect the company's reputation.
- Monitor and manage the company's online presence and social media accounts, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to inquiries and comments.
- Manage the department's budget effectively, allocating resources to achieve communication objectives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of communication and public relations efforts, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Foster positive relationships with government agencies, local communities, and industry associations.
- Manage communication with shareholders, analysts, and the investment community.
- Ensure communication practices comply with industry regulations and legal requirements.
- Oversee brand identity and consistency across all communication channels, ensuring a strong and coherent brand image.
- Promote employee engagement and advocacy through strategic internal communication initiatives.
- Brand building of Balco on the lines of sustainability & green initiatives.
- Lead and mentor the corporate communication and public relations team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Identify and implement AI-powered tools for data analysis and audience insights.
- Use automation tools to track and analyze communication metrics in real-time.
- Implement automated email marketing campaigns for targeted messaging.
