The position will be responsible for 360 degree marketing for Star Bharat shows (digital & offline). The incumbent will be part of marketing team and will be responsible for strategizing and executing marketing plans of new launches and existing shows. The position will work with agencies on marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive sampling of shows on Star Bharat.
Context:
Star Bharat is challenger brand aiming to break the typical template of Hindi GE. This involves building a unique brand positioning for the channel and launching some fresh and exciting concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
Will have to create and execute media plan of their respective shows (digital & offline).
Will be responsible for positioning creatives (Promos) of their respective shows
Will have to highlight potential opportunities and red flag issues of their respective shows basis trends
Will collaborate with internal teams which include but is not restricted to – Digital, OAP, Graphics, Content, Traffic and Presentation
Will collaborate with external teams from the media, creative and research agencies
Performance Measures:
Meeting show and channel targets set by business
Number of break through ideas for the shows in each quarter
Awareness about BARC data, show performance, qualitative insights
Quality of marketing/ creative briefs made and shared with teams
Qualifications:
MBA from a reputed institute
Should have an experience of 3-4 years
