Become a part of one of the leading online health supplement brands in India - HK Vitals. The brand is backed by research & innovation and is trusted by over 5 million consumers. The brand has multiple categories catering to general Nutrition, Skincare, Haircare, Weight Management, Multivitamins etc., and has bestsellers across all top marketplaces. We are looking for somebody to work on the Skincare Portfolio within the brand. It will be a Brand role requiring extensive stakeholder management & collaboration with cross-functional teams like R&D, Supply Chain, Product, Technology and Channel Sales Team.



Job Responsibilities:

  • New Product Development (NPD) - Market sizing, competition benchmarking, finding white spaces to launch new product, manage the launch end to end with the internal product team right from formulation, packaging, projection alignment with sales channels, planning & tracking production for launch, determining pricing & gross margins across channels, etc.
  • Content Strategy: Manage & Own Product listings across all channels, creatives & content development - both Product landing pages & A+ content. Also handle other launch activities incl. communication to offline channels, QC of existing listings & benchmarking with competition.
  • Data Analytics: NPS calculations, Reviews tagging & monitoring, red-flagging issues. Role also includes monitoring sales and consumer data with internal analytics team to come up with key insights to drive initiatives across the portfolio.
  • ATL & BTL Promotional strategies: Lead the communication strategy across ATL & BTL for the product portfolio across channels like social media, offline, influencer ecosystem, etc. Also ideate & execute brand/promotional campaigns across online & offline channels.
  • Market Research & Consumer Feedback: Initiate & integrate consumer research to draw insights on products, be it existing products or new launches or future NPDs. Also Assist in responding to/resolving customer escalations (interfacing with Customer Support team, Quality, Logistics, R&D stakeholders’ responses to decide)
  • Other Brand Management Activities: Re-packaging, Re-formulation projects & inventory transitions, SKU additions/ discontinuations/ transitions with Ops; Vendor management, interfacing with Catalog & Merchandising teams, stakeholder management across sales channels (online & offline), etc



Skills and Attributes:

  • Minimum 1-3 Years of Experience required
  • Experience in Brand management, NPD, Sales, Brand marketing is preferred.
  • Interest or experience in health & wellness is an added advantage.
  • Industry Preference-FMCG, E-Commerce, Pharma, OTC Only
