News Reporter

As a News Reporter at Pune Pulse, you will deliver timely and impactful news. Responsibilities include covering breaking news, local events, investigative stories, and human-interest pieces. This role requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for compelling stories.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-the-ground reporting for breaking news, live events, and local developments.
- Research, write, and edit news articles with accuracy and clarity.
- Attend and cover local events, meetings, and press conferences.
- Meet tight deadlines while delivering high-quality, engaging content.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of news reporting experience.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of journalistic ethics and principles.
- Fluency in English and Marathi preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for local journalism and a connection to the Pune community.
