Role And Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a talented Middleware Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with vendors, managing data growth, automating daily tasks, and troubleshooting incidents related to middleware. You will also be involved in implementing and troubleshooting certificates, planning and assisting in patching, and resolving infrastructure vulnerabilities. Additionally, you will participate in performance tuning activities and preparation of RCA for major incidents. You will be responsible for maintaining availability and capacity management, conducting risk analysis, and providing mitigation planning. Continual service improvement planning, maintaining SOP and KBase, and updating infrastructure documents will also be part of your responsibilities. You will be expected to handle incident, problem, and change management, as well as oversee application GO-Live reviews and DR drills. Meeting SLA for incidents and service requests will be crucial in this role.
