Senior Analyst - Market Research

The candidate should be an independent contributor who is able to deliver on following requirements:

- Execution of different types of secondary research projects, providing error-free deliverables within the stipulated timelines

- Data mining from secondary desk research and analysis to answer key business questions - Participate in client calls, and discuss/walk through executed deliverables

- Working with a cross-functional team that consists of Primary market researchers, SMEs, to deliver high quality analyses and recommendations to Indegene’s clients

- Undertake ownership across allocated projects: Understanding requirements, designing approach, independent execution, collaboration in getting work done (in case of dependencies), review of work done by junior team members, consolidation and client delivery

- Participate in client calls, and discuss/walk through executed deliverables

Experience:

3 - 5 years of relevant experience (in handling projects on market/competitor assessment), including at least 2 years of experience in executing projects specific to pricing and reimbursement (focusing on US and Ex-US countries)

Technical and Soft Skills:

- Ability to work on Landscape analysis, Epidemiology analysis, Pricing analysis, Reimbursement/coverage analysis, HTA analysis, Therapy area reports, Pipeline analysis, Market research reports

- Strong thought leadership and strategic thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify business issues/opportunities and to frame business questions - Consultative problem-solving approach, customer orientation, and strong collaboration skills

- Experienced with analysis of secondary data and syndicated databases

- Ability to translate data and information into actionable insights and business recommendations

- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English) with ability to clearly, articulate the message without causing any confusions

- Proficient with analytical tools such as MS Excel/VBA and MS PowerPoint (knowledge on more advanced tools such as SPSS, SAS, R, Python is a plus)
