Sales Development Representative

MazeBolt Ramat Gan, Tel Aviv District, Israel

MazeBolt is looking for a talented, driven, and self-motivated individual to join us as a sales development representative (SDR). You will play a critical role in driving revenue in our defined markets. You will work closely with marketing and sales teams to identify new targets, generate new outbound leads, and convert warm leads to qualified sales meetings.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and segment target accounts per Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Learn and demonstrate a deep understanding of MazeBolt’s technology to articulate our value proposition to decision-makers and influencers and be able to manage and overcome objections successfully.
  • Identify decision makers/influencers, educate prospects, and qualify initial buying interest and sense of urgency.
  • Prospect and nurture leads via calling, networking, email, and LinkedIn, utilizing sales tools to orchestrate and optimize a high-quality lead pipeline.
  • Schedule well-qualified appointments with decision-makers and key influencers with targeted companies.
  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly activity KPIs (e.g., calls, emails, social).
  • Maintain accurate activity on all leads and prospects in our CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) to deliver ongoing weekly reporting and analysis.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing in the development of outbound sales approaches.
  • Provide recommendations on marketing campaigns based on feedback from prospects and customers.
  • Willingness to work Monday-Friday.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a tech sales role.
  • English professional level (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in similar roles.
  • Self-starter with positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, customer focus, and highly data-driven.
  • Working knowledge of the enterprise software market, IT, or cyber security (strong advantage).
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
