In this role, you will:
- Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, information systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Install, configure, oversee, and manage IT resources, systems, and networks to ensure optimal functionality
- Maintain and update the IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and security protocols.
- Implement and manage IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.
- Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to improve the help desk's effectiveness
- Provide accurate information on IT products or services
- Identify and suggest possible improvements in procedures
- Oversee and manage relationships with vendors
- At least 4 years experience in a similar role.
- Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
- Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- knowledge of corporate systems like, Legal, Finance, HR
- Multi-tenant experience in Google Workspace
