Office Manager
Velocity is a growing startup, for developers - by developers. By using Velocity, local changes made by the developer are being reflected on the remote existing Kubernetes environments, allowing a faster development and debugging experience without complex configurations. We are looking for an experienced Office Manager.
As Velocity's Office Manager, you will be the face of the company, internally and externally. You'll be responsible for all infrastructure that supports our team, our office and a focal point for the team, as well as engaging with our vendors and service providers.

What you will do:
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager.
As Velocity's Office Manager, you will be the face of the company, internally and externally. You'll be responsible for all infrastructure that supports our team, our office and a focal point for the team, as well as engaging with our vendors and service providers.

What you will do:
- Run the day-to-day operations of the Tel Aviv office
- Own company's vendors relationships; negotiate, collaborate and manage ongoing engagement with different supplier and service providers
- Track and manage expenses and handle vendor invoices; work with the company's external accountant to ensure monthly payment cycles and bookkeeping records
- Plan and execute the company's employees experience activities, including company events, gifts, swag etc.
- Support the onboarding/off-boarding processes and serve as the focal point for employees' queries
- Oversee the IT services for all employees through managing the company's external IT services
- Establish and monitor the company's travel procedure, including flights, accommodation and visas
- Provide administrative support to the executive team
- At least 3 years of proven experience in an administrative/office management role
- Experience managing vendor relations and procurement processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of proficiency in English
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with Account Payable and Account Receivable
- Experience working with overseas employment platforms (Vensure, Deed, Papaya Global etc.)
- Experience working in a startup environment
