Technical Support Engineer

You'll provide first-line technical support for a comprehensive suite of tech products.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot customer issues across email, DNS, anti-spam, and more.
- Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Set up and configure new email accounts.
- Educate clients on products and services.
- Manage customer communications and provide out-of-hours support (as part of a team).
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in IT customer support with problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of email protocols, networking, and DNS/MX records.
- Strong analytical mind and a desire to learn.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English.
- Experience with ticketing systems and customer service a plus.
