You'll provide first-line technical support for a comprehensive suite of tech products.


Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot customer issues across email, DNS, anti-spam, and more.
  • Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Set up and configure new email accounts.
  • Educate clients on products and services.
  • Manage customer communications and provide out-of-hours support (as part of a team).


Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in IT customer support with problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of email protocols, networking, and DNS/MX records.
  • Strong analytical mind and a desire to learn.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and customer service a plus.
