Corporate Finance - North Dublin (Hybrid)

Our client is an independent and results-focused advisory firm based in Dublin. They specialise in corporate finance advisory services, funding solutions, and debt advisory.

With a strong deal pipeline, they are seeking a dynamic and committed associate to join their team and pursue a career in Corporate Finance.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to engage in a wide range of activities, including:

• Preparing business plans, funding proposals, and company valuations
• Conducting financial modeling and scenario analysis
• Advising on strategic M&A, debt and equity raisings, and transaction structuring
• Performing financial analysis and industry research
• Assisting in due diligence processes and deal negotiations
• Interacting with senior executives and key stakeholders
• Contributing to various Corporate Finance and Debt Advisory projects

We're looking for someone who is curious, ambitious, personable, and hard-working. Ideally, you have a strong academic background, recently qualified as a Big 4/Top10 accountant, and have some exposure to Corporate Finance transactions.

You should be comfortable developing financial models, conducting financial analysis, and possess excellent analytical, project management, and research skills with a strong commercial acumen.
