Welcome to the ICMA mentoring platform
ICMA has been working with its members for over fifty years to develop and support an efficient international capital market which can contribute to economic growth. ICMA sets standards of best market practice, promotes high individual professional standards and encourages communication among its members and the wider industry.
Networking and career development fit alongside ICMA's long term commitment to ongoing professional education. Building on its successful networking initiatives for members, including the ICMA Future Leaders for young professionals and the ICMA Women's Network, ICMA has launched the ICMA Mentoring Platform to help individuals at member firms develop their skills by matching those looking for a career mentor with suitable mentors in the international capital market.
The ICMA Mentoring Platform is built upon mentoring and e-learning tools, not only to help match mentors with mentees, but is also supported by a wide range of learning and development resources that are accessible from your smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer.

How does it work?
This online platform is only open to ICMA members. Find out if you work for an ICMA member firm here.
Click on "Get Started" to create an account and follow the instructions. Once your account has been set up you will be prompted to complete a profile form, which will enable mentors and mentees to be matched based on areas of common interest and experience. Once matched we recommend our mentors and mentees meet (Face to face or via an online meeting facility) for an hour a week.
You can find out more about the how the mentoring process works by reading the How it works guide and reviewing the mentoring resources.
