Instructions for:

  • iOS has a limit of 60 reminders that any app can program at a time. Once these run out, you have to open the app to schedule more.

For example, if you have 10 reminders per day you will have to open the app at least once a week to continue getting reminders without interruptions. If you don't want to open the app as frequently, you can lower your daily reminders or use our widget or watch face.

If the number of reminders isn't the issue, then it could be that your reminder groups are overlapping. Check to make sure they aren't scheduled for the same days or times and try grouping them instead of having multiple reminder groups.

Some Android devices or third-party apps may block the app from sending mobile notifications.

You'll find some steps here that you can take to troubleshoot the issues we're aware of.
