- A deep understanding of brand values and a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction.
- To create a positive customer journey from the moment we interact with brands.
- You will work closely with our product team to address any quality issues that customers may encounter.
- Be responsible for ensuring Customer Service hotline, emails and/or live chat... enquiries to be handled in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in collecting, handling and following up on customer feedback with related parties.
- Develop and enhance effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
- Maintain accurate records and documents for all customer service activities.
- Collect customer feedbacks to evaluate the improvements of services.
- Maintain company and brand images, and good relationship among customers/members
- Regularly report to vendors for servicing parts and supports.
- Assist in ad hoc assignments as when required
- DSE or above in related disciplines
- Minimum of 1 year of experience managing after sales or repair center and customer service team. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in MS OFFICE applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered as Customer Service Officer.
- Immediate available preferred
