Regional Assistant Digital Training Manager, APAC

The role

The Regional Assistant Digital Training Manager, APAC will be responsible for the APAC Digital Training strategy formulation, execution, and delivery. While also supporting product and selling-related training in line with business objectives.

Reporting line: Regional Senior Retail & Education Manager, APAC

What will you do:

Digital Learning:

• Formulate overall digital training strategies
• Be the project leader for LMS and liaise with the Global team for daily digital training operations
• Improve the digital training effectiveness by providing in-depth digital knowledge, guidelines, and advice to local trainers
• Monitor learning KPIs to assess performance with follow-up actions
• Work closely with the Global Digital Learning Team to ensure the e-learning programs will be able to adapt it to APAC efficiently
• Support local markets to enhance BA experience and engagement in the social community
• Accelerate digitalization via discovering digital learning tools and developing assets

Retail Education:

• Create blended programs and adapt product & selling skill learning content to support APAC Retail & Education strategy
• Design APAC training protocols like in-store service tools to elevate customer experience
• Work closely with local market trainers for APAC R&E strategies and collect feedback when it is needed
• Support Regional R&E Conference operations
• 
  

Social Selling:

• Develop tools and assets to enhance omni-channel customer experience
• Enhance trainers and BAs social selling knowledge and skills
• Collect and follow up Social Selling KPIs
• Conduct market research and share the best practices

What are we looking for:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Retail Training
• Experience and qualifications in skincare training will be an advantage
• Demonstrate ability to drive business KPIs through training development
• Experience in training delivery (train-the-trainer) both online and offline across multiple cultures
• Experience in managing LMS digital learning platform is a must
• Familiar with social media and the trend
• Experience working with APAC countries will be an advantage
• Sound computer skills (office 360)
• Able to manage SharePoint, familiar with Tableau logic, basic photo and video editing skills
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must
