Customer Services Supervisor

  • Maintain WMS on a daily basis
  • Closely work with the operation team in the warehouse
  • Answer customer inquiries
  • Provide friendly and professional service to our clients
  • Coordinate the job of other customer services
  • Good control of delivery from supplier
  • Good coordination with warehouse and other related internal department
  • Correct information input into system


Requirements

  • HKCEE / HKALE/ HKDSE / Diploma or Degree holder in Logistics or related disciplines
  • 3year's relevant experience in handling customer correspondence / customer relations in logistics field
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player and willing to learn and take challenge
  • Dynamic and customer driven with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently under pressure and work in warehouses
  • High proficiency in MS office applications
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Immediate available is preferred
