We are currently seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as an HR and Immigration Consultant.

About The Role

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you'll serve as the primary contact for our esteemed customers, ensuring their satisfaction through prompt and efficient service. If you're driven to deliver exceptional customer experiences, adept at global communication, and possess strong organizational and communication skills, we want to connect you with our client to discuss this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of company products and swiftly acquire industry expertise.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and provide feedback on common inquiries.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with logistics and sourcing teams to ensure seamless order handling and timely updates to customers.
  • Utilize our CRM system (SAGE) as the central REPOSITORY for customer-related information and maintain detailed records.
  • Cultivate positive client relationships, understanding their needs, preferences, and unique requirements.
  • Resolve client issues professionally and efficiently, seeking solutions aligned with both customer and company needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of complex customer challenges and provide seamless support.
  • Communicate complex information concisely and clearly, both verbally and in writing.
  • Adhere to company standards for communications, promptly responding to customer inquiries.

Our Ideal Candidates Should Have

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer-facing or supply chain experience, rubber or rubber-related industry preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills required.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and find efficient solutions.
  • Objective with a positive attitude towards delivering outstanding service.
  • Enthusiastic about engaging with diverse cultures and countries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Experience with CRM systems is preferred or you are a quick learner of new systems.
  • Knowledge of the rubber and/or conveyor belt industry is desirable.
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English is required, with proficiency in additional languages being beneficial.
