HAECO ITM Limited is a joint venture between HAECO (Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Co. Ltd) and Cathay Pacific, providing inventory technical management services to different airline customers in Hong Kong and around the world. Customers anticipate to benefit saving from the ITM services through synergy of component pooling, sound technical know-how of component engineering, repair and supplier management.


HXITM is now looking for candidates who are interested in this business for the position of Customer Support Executive.



What You’ll Do

  • Handle all routine customer requests & operational meeting with customer on standalone basis with minimal supervision
  • Provide sourcing support to fulfill customer spare demands related to unscheduled / scheduled maintenance / station stock positioning requirement
  • Sourcing new suppliers and analyzing quotations received from supplier / invoice vetting under supervision according to company’s policies and practices
  • Raise purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure the agreed lead time is met; monitor and follow up when necessary
  • Follow up with the logistics service provider on shipment details to and from customers
  • Collect and compile data, information or demanded as requested for service level reports
  • Coordinate the communications between internal and external customers
  • Perform roster shift duties to support the weekends and public holidays operational requirement as assigned by the management
  • Identify process inefficiencies and make suggestion on improvement
  • Provide administration support



What You Need


Job Requirements & Competencies

  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in aviation industry
  • Strong computer proficiency, especially MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Having advantage if equipped with skills in data analytics and process automation
  • Knowledge or experience in aircraft components, account management, or contract management would be an advantage


Qualification & Experience

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related disciplines. (A Higher diploma / degree in other disciplines but with equivalent related work experience may be considered)
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Mandarin or other Asian languages is an added-value
