Hey folks, VMware has been maintaining the Knative Eventing Rabbit MQ integration [1] but we're announcing it's deprecation. Given recent changes we're unable to fulfill our duties to maintain it.

As per our sunsetting policy [2] the next release v1.13 on 2024-01-23 will be the last official release and this will have an end-of-life on 2024-07-30 [3].

Chainguard has volunteered to help with the maintenance during the sunset period. If there's anyone or company interested in becoming the maintainers please reach out and we can halt this process and onboard you.

thanks,

Hey everyone - I created a tracking issue here for folks who wish to follow the deprecation process - https://github.com/knative/eventing/issues/7670

Hey folks looks like we're going to halt the deprecation of the eventing-rabbitmq integration. Maintainers from the RabbitMQ project will be taking it over.

Please follow up on the issue if you have anymore questions.
