Sorry this is not spam. I am trying to implement the api on a mobile application, Maybe I am not understanding it right. |
Ah, apologies for that. Could you restate your question or issue? |
I am developing a mobile application using MAUI for both Android and iOS platforms. My application requires integrating targeted advertising based on user interests, and I am interested in utilizing Google's Topics API for this purpose. However, unlike traditional web applications, my mobile app doesn't manage user sessions through a browser. Therefore, I need to directly call the Topics API from the mobile application, pass specific topics of interest (e.g., 'basketball'), and receive relevant ads in response, all without relying on browser-based user sessions. Can you provide guidance or a solution for implementing the Topics API in a mobile environment with this direct, session-independent approach? |
You might want to take a look at our Topics documentation for Android: developers.google.com/privacy-sandbox/relevance/topics/android. |
Closing, as no follow-up in >2 months, but feel free to reopen. |
Open an issue here for technical questions on how to implement Attribution Reporting API code, or questions on the docs or demo for this API. For questions on how to fulfil a certain use case with the API, file an issue in the spec repository instead.
