If someone can do something quicker/better and that gives you more time for the tasks that only you can/should do, you'll begin to work "on" your business rather than "in" your business. That support can free up your time to do more of the visionary work that inspired the business in the first place.

La priorité alors pour avoir de nouveau accès à mes forces et ressources est de retrouver un apaisement. Il y a un grand intérêt à développer une bonne connaissance de soi pour utiliser sa check liste de secours celle où nous pouvons retrouver toutes les stratégies d'apaisement qui nous aident à diminuer rapidement l'intensité du stress (ex: respiration, marche en pleine nature...).

Genau das ist der Grund, weshalb viele Menschen zu spät dran sind, wenn es um Stress geht und dann wesentlich mehr Aufwand betreiben müssen, um die Stressymptome zu bekämpfen. Meine Empfehlung ist daher unbedingt: Betrachte Stressmanagement als Vorsorgeaufgabe und hol Dir Unterstützung, bevor Du sie brauchst! Damit ersparst Du Dir viel Zeit und Energie!

Talking, expressing yourself about an issue that is causing stress is the last thing one think about. It should be the 1st ! When you share what brings stress, you really do share a part of that load and could feel relieved immediately. You need to choose the right people to talk. Those people will not give you necessarily a solution. But they must be good listeners. It could be your life partner, your business partner and even a random person with whom you feel an intuitive connection to open yourself. The solution to any help lies in you. When you express clearly what bothers you, solutions come.

El estrés puede interrumpir tu rutina diaria, pero mantener un día estructurado puede ayudarte a recuperar el control. Prioriza las tareas, establece objetivos realistas y toma descansos cuando sea necesario. Incorpora actividades que promuevan el bienestar, como ejercicio, meditación o pasatiempos que te relajen. Una rutina saludable no se trata solo de trabajo; Se trata de encontrar un equilibrio que permita el descanso y el rejuvenecimiento, lo que a su vez puede conducir a un aumento de la productividad y una reducción del estrés.

Infusing brain breaks throughout the day can be incredible helpful. 2-5 minutes, or a bit longer if time permits, offers a soft reset to the neurology. Couple this with heart focused breathing. I find this quite helpful. Sending tons of love to all!

A key to setting healthy routines is including daily "well-being" goals that are achievable. It is important that you find a time, place, and duration that can be integrated every day. It is not about scheduling the 1-hour meditation that will be the first thing to fall behind when days get messy. It is rather about including the 5 minutes daily and keeping it – no matter what. If it becomes more – great! If not – also great, because you'll stick to it for the long-run, which will lead to compounding effects. Health is a marathon and never a sprint and you have to respect yourself to commit to your self-care as well as any other goal you have.

I speak about this a lot with clients but you should always ALWAYS design your perfect day. The Perfect Day allows you to control your time and own your days. From the moment you wake up to the moment you fall asleep, when do you WANT to do certain tasks. - Exercise - Meetings - Emails - Projects - Walks - Time with family etc etc Now the goal of the perfect day is to not stick to the perfect day, what it is there for, is to bring you back to a good routine when life gets in the way. This will help lower stress and improve productivity.

Being an entrepreneur is often a lonely job. You are Boss, support, and employee. Worrying about where your next contract is coming from, how to market yourself, and ensuring there is sufficient revenue is very stressful. For instant stress relief: -Practice deep breathing (in for 5, hold for 5, and out for 5), -Take lunch every day for continuous energy and to reduce brain fog -Get up and walk around between meetings or at least every couple of hours (around the kitchen island, around the house/apartment, even around your building). For long-term stress relief: Count your daily wins no matter how small -Plan for the best, but prepare for the worst -Realize that progress isn't linear, backtracking and pivoting is OK

Stress is what's makes us operate on our highest potential, stress is our weapon, only thing is to know how to manage it! I'm entrepreneur and like other entrepreneurs I have also stress! Everyone does! Seeking support is a same as seeking pity! All you need is to start take care of yourself first, practice activities that stress body, 5am alarm, cold shower, gym, discipline yourself, every day update todo list, and that's it. Only support that you need it's yourself!
