Get organized: Plan your day with daily goals and cross them off as you accomplish them. Smashing daily goals will keep you motivated and allow you to meet long-term goals without feeling inundated or burnt out. Care for yourself: Take breaks, go for walks, and drink plenty of water. Be resourceful: There is no I in TEAM. Ask for help when you need it.
