In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining a robust pipeline of talented candidates while exceeding set quotas.

Responsibilities

• Build and Nurture Talent Pipeline: Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future job openings through proactive networking and engagement strategies.
• Conduct Strategic Interviews: Utilize clever questioning techniques during phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ suitability and potential fit within the organization.
• Candidate Qualification: Evaluate candidate qualifications based on interview feedback and resume assessments, making informed decisions on candidate suitability.
• Candidate Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for candidate inquiries, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Meet Quotas: Consistently achieve and surpass weekly quotas for candidate outreach via calls and emails, contributing to team success.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and team members.
• Organizational & Interpersonal Skills: Strong organizational abilities coupled with a knack for building rapport and relationships with diverse individuals.
• Tech Proficiency: Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
• High-Energy & Passion: Bring enthusiasm and a positive attitude to work, driving motivation and team spirit.
• Results-Oriented: Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding quotas or targets in a fast-paced environment.
