Our client is a global automotive company that recognizes the significant potential within the US military auto market and has established itself as a distributor of automotive sales accordingly. We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager for their growing organization.

- Independently handle and monitor customs clearance for imports
- Oversee the CWP customs warehouse with 25 storage locations and an inventory of approximately 700 US vehicles
- Responsible for customs-related tracking of vehicle movements, associated corrections, and monthly reporting to customs
- Ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements regarding our client's import procedures
- Support the transportation and logistics team
- Act as the competent point of contact for transport service providers, customs offices, and sales
- Professional experience in international shipping with good customs knowledge or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of import, UCC, and delivery terms
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, is required
- Experience with ATLAS and Microsoft Dynamics 365 are essential
- Reliable work ethic
- Proficiency in German and English, Italian, or Spanish would be a plus
- Proactive mindset, who works in an organized manner
