Take Elon Musk as an example, he has one of the biggest personal brands that has the ability to drive stock prices up and down. He carries his personality through his social media posts. He’s not trying to be a guarded CEO without an opinion. The forefront of your personal brand should be how you help others to transform in a manner that allows them to meet their goals and a vision that they have of the future. Your narrative can come out in way that shows how you have made that same transformation in order to give them hope and inspiration or to demonstrate that you are credentialed either by experience or education that will help them. That narrative should be short, memorable and entertaining. Don’t dwell on yourself, focus on your ideal audience, and then weave in your narrative where. Unless you become hugely popular, the audience doesn’t care about you, they care about what you can do for them.
