The ways I commonly start with an ongoing team is to have two people share "what is this person known to do exceptionally well? What is a clear strength that contributes to the team?" I ask that the same people not comment repeatedly so we hear from everybody and then warn there may be a long pause before the strengths of the first person are shared "because there are so many to choose from." After a bit, the enthusiasm is so strong that they can't limit themselves to just two comments per person.
