We are looking for a Delivery Manager. As a key member of our operations team at Le Pont, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing daily tasks across multiple markets for various beauty brands. Your focus will be on the daily distribution of tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring seamless execution of operational activities.

Requirements:

• Proficient in English communicative
• Experience in Digital Marketing with a focus on operational activities (2 or more years)
• Demonstrated experience in task management,
• Proven track record of successful Delivery management,
• Hands-on proficiency with task management tools such as JIRA, Trello or similar project management tools,
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as SFMC, Adobe Campaign, or similar tools is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics including the principles of UTM parameters creation and tracking
• Good knowledge of email best practices is welcomed (email design, email development, deliverability concept and GDPR compliance)

Responsibilities:

• Daily task planning and oversight to ensure smooth business operations,
• Act as a primary point of contact for the client, ensuring clear and effective communication, managing clients’ expectations,
• Review client briefs, gather missing requirements, and debrief with the team,
• Prepare and deliver reports to clients, showcasing project progress and outcomes,
• Short-term and Mid-term capacities planning,
• Manage the project prioritization based on client needs and deadlines,
• Manage and create documentation,
• Provide support and guidance on deliverability best practices,
• Manage and support project delivery alongside a small team of e-mail specialists, data specialists and CRM developers,
• Monitor team utilization, identify and address workload issues, and collaborate with Capability lead to optimize resource allocation,
• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams including accounts, creatives, clients, and programmers, to deliver assets with a global impact.
