Order up User Guide

Energy Transfer’s Order Up application for iOS allows for customers to instantly request trucked crude-oil pickups and review booking history via mobile device. To begin, please fill out the information below and email attachment to Sunload@energytransfer.com. Once approved, a representative will provide the user with their login credentials, granting access to book and review orders for leases that are currently under contract to haul by Energy Transfer Crude Trucking.

 

Getting Started:   

Text Box: 1.	Choose the necessary order type or review booking history by toggling on the icons at the bottom of the screen:
Text Box: 2.	Log in using your credentials provided by Energy Transfer. The user will be prompted to read and agree to the Terms of Service upon initial login:

Text Box: 3.	Select the tank number from the drop down. If the needed tank is not an option, select “Tank Not Listed” and manually key in tank number in popup provided Standard Load Bookings:

Text Box: 3.	Select your lease.  You can also look up the lease by name in the “search key” box.
Text Box: 1.	Select the priority.  Requesting an ASAP requires the user to identify the top gauge of tank

Text Box: 4.	Identify how many loads requested from the selected tank. Each individual tank request will provide a unique order number
Text Box: 5.	Enter any notes in the “Remarks” section.  Examples of notes include needing a phone call or any type of combo driver will need Text Box: 6.	Update Contact Information if necessary, this will auto populate based off our registration record
 

 

 

 


                                                        

 

Text Box: 7.	After pressing “Next,” the user will be asked to review their booking request. Upon pressing “Submit,” a confirmation box will appear. The user will be emailed a confirmation with the order details
 

 


           

                           

 

Split Tank Requests:

 

Text Box: 2.	Select Property
Text Box: 3.	Select the first tank number, then the second tank accordingly
Text Box: 1.	Select “Split Tank” Option
 

 


Text Box: NOTE: Standard splits are 2 tanks.  Any additional need to be requested through dispatch.                                                                                              

 

 

 

 

 


Text Box: 4.	Tap on “1st Top Gauge” and “2nd Top Gauge” to enter gauge information for each tank
Text Box: 5.	Review and submit your order.  You will receive two order number for each tank request, and a confirmation email

Text Box: 7.	Enter any remarks.  For example: needing to empty one tank before the other

 

 


Text Box: NOTE: Not required for Standard or 24-hour requests.                                                                                                                                 

 

 

 

Split Lease Requests:

Text Box: 2.	Select the first location for the split lease request
Text Box: 1.	Select “Split Lease” Option
Text Box: 4.	Identify the second location for the split and the corresponding tank numberText Box: 3.	Identify the tank for the first pickup location

 


                                                                                    

           

Text Box: 8.	The request will be sent to the dispatch to review and verify.  A representative will be contacting you to provide the order numbers shortly afterwards
Text Box: 5.	If the desired tank is not listed, select “tank not listed” and then identify manually
Text Box: 6.	Add order remarks and verify contact information
Text Box: 7.	Review and Submit Order

Reviewing Booking History:

Text Box: 1.	On the Home Screen, select “Review History” Text Box: 2.	Use the search criteria at top to select booked date ranges, status, or leases

Changing Password:
