Position Summary

We are looking for a junior Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and onboarding new hires. You will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent to support our company's growth.


Entry Level position.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a recruitment management role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.
  • Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough initial screenings, phone interviews, and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and provide targeted candidate recommendations.
  • Prepare detailed candidate profiles and presentations for hiring managers.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely and efficient candidate progression.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR team members, and senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment methodologies and technologies.

Technical Knowledge & Hard Skills

  • Proven track record of success in leading and motivating a team of recruiters.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with others to achieve common goals.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment data and identify areas for improvement.
