The Role: As a People Ops generalist, you will be a support role throughout all stages of the employee journey.

Main responsibilities:

Facilities Management:

  • Coordinate office facilities and maintenance, ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment for employees.
  • Manage vendor relationships for facility-related services such as cleaning, security, and repairs.
  • Implement and improve office layouts and amenities to enhance employee experience and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance in collaboration with the owner of the health and safety area to achieve regulations in the workplace.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
  • Take care of making the necessary purchases in the office and keep track of expenses.

Employee experience

  • Onboarding support: Coordinate logistics for new employee orientation sessions, including scheduling, materials preparation, and facility arrangements.
  • Coordinate the logistics of internal events at Stori.
  • Provide support with equipment and resources for changes or new hires following the company's internal processes and policies.
  • Set up all accesses for new employees: office access platforms and benefits access.

What we are looking for:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Ops and Human Resources roles
  • Ability to attend to details and to pursue quality in accomplishing tasks.
  • Solution-oriented mindset
  • Problem-Solving: Identifying and addressing issues to improve employee experience
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize work
