I’m not sure whether anybody else has come across this or if it is even possible. I am trying to change the contents of a buttons URL based on the profiles $locale.Based on the 2 country code, I want to direct them to a different website.Is this possible?

I have a Shopify store which is on Shopify Markets and I am using the API (https://a.klaviyo.com/api/back-in-stock-subscriptions) to control different markets subscriptions in the same domain (Example, a product is out of stock in the FR market, so if the customer subscribes only for the FR inventory and if the product is only back in the GB market, they don’t get the notification)I have added the catalogs in the back end, the API is working really well for majority of people that tested. However SOME of the people that tested, dont manage to subscribe and get the API 400 error on console. I don’t understand why it would work for some people but not for others. All of them are using Google Chrome, same device, I can only imagine it is a browser settings? Any debbuging suggestion?  

Hello all,We are in the midst of looking to have a site redesign for our Shopify store and with that, we are wanting to with a different theme that will fully support Klaviyo features such as the Back in stock and Added to cart metrics. Our current theme, Streamline, requires us to contact a theme developer in order to have these installed on our store and even then, some features are unable to be integrated to our store. We ideally want a theme that can and will support all Klaviyo flows and metrics as well as being simple to install ourselves.We’d love to hear what you guys think are the best themes and why.Thanks.

Is there a way to set up a segment of users that purchased from a specific campaign that was sent? 

I am doing some email marketing for my new job, they haven't sent any promotional emails in about a year and I am starting this back up for them. I have never used Klaviyo before so am learning as I go. When I send a campaign though out of the 2,000~ recipients, it only sends it to 2 recipients. It has the notification "This campaign skipped unengaged recipients using Reputation Repair AI" how can I bypass this so ALL recipients receive the email.Im not seeing any options for unengaged customers, or anything similar tbh, there was smart sending to not send to customers who just received an email in past 16 hours, i have that off. I feel like i have been through the whole dashboard and cannot find anything about unengaged customers. I know at one point I saw something about Reputation Repair but I cannot find that now either.

I have created an integration between Facebook and Klaviyo, where people who sign up via our Lead Ads campaign are automatically added to a list in Klaviyo and receive an email. The problem is that not everyone who signs up gets into Klaviyo. For example, 27 people signed up today, but only 12 of them are on the Klaviyo list. Why does it happen?

I have several profiles who are not automatically set to the correct segment. They have bought an item and subscribed to the newsletter on the check-out page. The country or language is not automatically registered (which I thought was done). In their profile I can only see this property, but I can't use this property to add them to the correct segment.I am selling in The Netherlands, Germany and Belgium and have three language segments (Dutch, German and English).

I created embed sign up forms for my website. When customers fill their e-mail adres and subscribe, they are not immediately added to the list that I selected in the sign up form. I do see that their profile is being added to “Audience → Profiles”. Double opt in is mandatory in the countries that my store sells in.After doing some research I found out that customers are only added to a list when they actually confirm their email subscription, but this is also not possible, because the customer does not receive a mail to verify. I don’t understand how I can fix this so the subscriber actually receives a email verify e-mail. Hi there! Say if I were to create a survey using Google form (its free!), what is the best practice to have the information collected from each form question directly synced/ updated into the Klaviyo’s customer profiles? I know that we can use Typeform/ Survicate to create the survey as these 2 survey platforms have direct integration with Klaviyo. However, I am trying to explore other ways that could possibly save up cost. 

 I would like to setup a flow so Klaviyo triggers when Trustpilot should send out a service or product invitation to our customers. Hi! My business uses Boulevard for client appointment bookings and we just started using Klayvio for email and SMS marketing. We do not have the Boulevard API plan which transfers over all information automatically between the two platforms. I do everything manually 1-2x per week (transferring over client names, emails, phone numbers, and email/sms consent status - they consent to receive messaging from us via Boulevard when booking).  I am going to frame my question as a hypothetical situation to best describe the scenario:Someone booked an appointment week of January 1st, so in my transfer batch that week, I get their info over to Klayvio. When they initially booked, they did not consent to receive SMS marketing (which reflects in the info I transferred). They then rebook in July, but this time they consented to SMS marketing. Their name, email, phone  number, etc is all the same, only thing that changes was this one piece of info.  Will Klayvio recognize this profile and automatical

I’ve set up some flows that I currently have the emails in the flow set as manual so when we go live with this offer we can send to all on the first email - I’ve gone to add past profiles to these flows to have them ready to go for launch however i’m getting an error from Klaviyo saying the flow has Dynamic codes in the flow & to remove them or it won’t work - however I thought dynamic codes could be used in flows just fine?? Or do the emails need to be live for these to be able to work? Thanks for any help :)

My business sells both products and in-person services. To book an appointment with me, I direct people to my Square account that takes care of booking, reminders, cancellation and all that jazz. At the moment, Klaviyo is integrated with Shopify. I wonder if I can also integrate Square, and if it’s a good idea. I want to give my in-person clients the option to get marketing emails, and implement flows depending on the service they got. But, what is the best way to do this without getting my data all mixed up? And, would it affect my Shopify integration (higher priority)?

How can I set up Klaviyo events for Email Subscriptions as conversions on Google Ads and launch a conversion campaign? I don't have much coding expertise, so I've searched the entire internet for solutions. Please advise if I should use Zapier as an intermediary to integrate Klaviyo, Shopify, and Google Ads. Is there a simpler method? I've already integrated Klaviyo with Shopify and synchronized my lists and segments with Google Ads. If I install Zapier on my Shopify website, do I need to import the lists and segments to Google Ads through Zapier again? What's the best approach for managing different integrations between various platforms?Setting up a custom Google event code directly on my website is challenging for me.

I accidentally linked the wrong Instagram account under Klaviyo → Settings → Instagram. Right now it shows my personal page as connected. The only option I see is Reauthorize, but when I click it, I get this error:{"data": {}, "success": false, "errors": {"message": "This company already has an Instagram Provider."}} I already tried: Disconnecting Klaviyo from my Facebook Page settings. Removing Klaviyo from Meta Business Integrations. Even after doing that, Klaviyo still shows the account as “authorized/synced” and doesn’t give me a way to remove or swap the Instagram account.Could someone help me clear or reset the Instagram provider so I can connect the correct Instagram Business account instead?Thanks in advance for the support!

I added a branded sending domain and successfully updated the DNS records. Klaviyo sent me a notification stating that the domain was verified and available for activation. However, when I clicked the "Activate your domain" link, the page simply refreshed and nothing happened. Even after waiting for several hours, the domain still didn't appear under "Settings" → "Domains." When I tried to add the same domain again, I received an error message:"This branded sending domain already exists and has a routing type of dynamic. Please change the routing type to dynamic or use a different sending domain." Should I continue waiting, or did something go wrong with the setup process?

Title should have beenPreview emails only send from real emails Preview emails send from a real address r*********n@me.com but when we use a forwarding address managed within Shopify s******e@zerowastesupply.co.uk the email doesn’t send or at least is not received. We can send emails from this address from within Shopify. We can send to this address from iPhone mail. In summary using an address managed as a forwarding address as a preview sending address results in no email being received. Nothing is going to junk so it is stuck or just not sending. Help!! Thanks
