Over last few days sense battery life has been terrible. Doesn't last a full day. I've cleaned charger and contacts, unpaired and repaired, rebooted and everything else suggested in forum. It's very frustrating. What are next steps? I've worn it about 8 months. Also, am not using high drain watch face and have turned off all high drain features .

Hi @donor - with that sort of battery drain it sounds faulty unless you are using the GPS a lot.
If it gets hot when charging, if so stop immediately, then it may need replacing under warranty.
You could try turning off the phone's Bluetooth for a day and charging and restarting the watch to see if it makes a difference.
But as a last resort try a factory reset, not without risk, has sometimes been known to resolve things if the watch is ok.

I’m starting to think this is a systemic Fitbit issue in the last week or two, given the number of users with the exact same issue and no change in the user’s behavior.

I'm going to throw my name in the hat as my Sense also began draining quickly starting May 10. Under normal wear/usage it was consuming about 20%/day, however since Saturday morning, May 11, it consumes nearly 10%/hour.

Throwing my name into the hat too. All of a sudden two days ago, my sense went from a full charge lasting 5-6 days to now a full charge lasting about 6-7 hours. It doesn't get hot. I didn't make any changes to it or change any use. Seems like fitbit made some change that is killing the battery.

That's exactly how much mine has been using fresh out of the box. Hmmm. Could it be a shady software update?
