    Clock face not being approved

    ANSWERED

Hey there. I am a new developer and submitted my first clock face for review on 02/13/2020. However the app hasn't been approved yet and I didn't receive any comments from reviewers. Can anyone help me about what to do next? I have a small update to upload but the gallery app manager won't let me upload it until the original clock face is approved.

Also can someone help me delete this from the manager:

Both clock faces are the same but I accidentally created this one for all the watches but I am actually developing the face for Ionic only.

I've noticed that it usually takes 2-3 weeks for an app or an update to be approved. It's a long wait, I know. The wait times generally depend upon the time of year and the number of updates that are being published at any given time.

You can publish an update to the app by canceling the current review on GAM. There is a little button on the "Manage Versions" list for canceling the review. After canceling the review, upload the new build and submit it for review again. Bear in mind that this will put your app at the back of the line for being reviewed.

Same here. I submitted an app on 13/02 but it still hasn't been reviewed. My previous experience with clock faces (last year) was ok, the review process normally took 4-5 days. It's very frustrating for developers especially when we have no idea of the expected timeframe.

Mine is a free app for blind and partially sighted people so I've been speaking to charities about it. They want to know when it's going to be released but unfortunately I can't give them an answer.

    Agreed 😞

On the other note, please check out "Omniflex V1" clock face on the store. It is completely free 😄
