I have a Fitbit Luxe I hadn't used in a while. It was kept stored in good condition safely - not a scratch on it. I just wasn't using it.
I decided to charge it to use it again. Charging on the original charger it would begin charging just fine, but when I took it off the charger the face wouldnt come on. I'd put it back on the charger and it would go back to 1%. From 23%, 75%, the second I unplugged it, it wouldn't turn on and when I put it back on the charger it showed 1%. A charge doesn't drain that fast.
I tried using different blocks from a Samsung to a generic, a regular charge block, a fast charge capable block, different outlets. No matter what the result was the same. I pressed the button on the flat surface of the charger 3 times with 1 second inbetween until the logo came on the face and left it charging for an hour and the same thing happened. I'm at a loss. Seeing a lot of forums about battery issues with this model.

To add, I already tried cleaning the ports and even ordered a brand new charger from the Fitbit store via Amazon and had it overnighted in case the charger was the problem.

It’s definitely a Fitbit issue since their latest update for the luxe tracker - I raised it months ago and it’s still the same it’s just absolutely ridiculous 🤦:female_sign:

Along with lack of holding a charge, my Luxe doesn’t keep the correct time. ???!
