    fitbit app doesn't get steps from tracker Inspire 3

    I have Android fitbit app and Inspire 3 tracker, but steps don't sync.

    Yesterday I did 10000 steps, they were registered on my tracker and seen on its screen, but fitbit app only shows 4000 steps, not more. I did sync several times, no error occurred, but steps from the tracker won't update the steps on the fitbit app.

    What else can I do?

    This does appear to be a sync issue, or maybe a data corruption issue in the app.

    To cover all bases, you can try to uninstall the app, restart the phone, reinstall the app, and then make sure that both the phone and the Inspire 3 are recently synced by clicking on the Inspire 3 icon in the upper left-hand corner of the Today screen.
