    Inspire 3 screen has developed lines

    Hello,

    My Inspire 3 is not responsive. I just have a blank screen and glitch bars across it. I have tried to plug it in to charge and press both sides until reboot but it hasn't fixed it.

    Please can anyone advise on a fix?

    Hi there, @Drooby1. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the troubleshooting steps you've tried and for the image attached. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 is still showing those lines on the screen. I will do my best to help you with this!

    To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

    Hi Dru, maybe your wristband is simply too loose or too tight?

    Just kidding...your description of the problem, along with the support photo, very clearly indicates that your Inspire 3 device has catastrophically failed and needs to be replaced with a new one. 

    Why Google Customer Support people haven't been properly trained to address these failure modes is beyond me, because it is obvious to anyone receiving or reading these CS responses that Google knows that the device is bad, but refuses to return it on a RMA for a replacement.
