Inspire 3 screen wont turn on but sides buzz

4 month old Inspire 3, issue started happening last week, screen turned off and wont turn back on, its charged 100% and the sides buzz when touched, also the green light is blinking on the back so its working, just the screen does not turn on.

Doesn't sound good.  Try a Factory Reset of the device.

Plug the Inspire 3 device into the charging cradle and then press/hold the two side buttons for at least 10 seconds to Factory Reset the device.

If the device is recoverable, that should do it.

I've done that and mine is still black.  Nothing on screen but will vibrate

If a Factory Reset failed to recover the device, then it is unrecoverable and should be returned for a replacement.

I had to do the plug into the wall and hod the  sides for 10+ seconds to get the screen to become active again, then on my phone using the Fitbit app I changed the clock face straight away and it worked! Its been working as normal since I did this, for some reason changing the clock face is the trick to get it to come back to normal! Terrible user design and customer experience to be honest, but I like the small form factor and battery life so what can you do.
