    Inspire 3 displays wrong time, no steps after dying. Restarting and changing time zones doesn't work

    I've only had my device for about a week. It died yesterday. After I charged it, it was stuck on the wrong time. Based on old posts, I tried resetting the band multiple times, as well as changing and resetting the time zone in the app. Nothing is working. It also isn't syncing and says 0 steps on the app, not just today but every day. And, even weirder it's only showing 1,000ish on the device, though I walked a mile on the treadmill today in addition to my regular daily steps. 

    I've owned Fitbits for years and I know all the steps of turning bluetooth on and off, forgetting and discovering the advice, etc. NOTHING is working. 

    Someone please help; I feel like I just bought a tracker that only works as a watch and now the watch isn't working. This is so frustrating.

    Have you tried to Factory Reset the device yet, or just restarting it?
