Is there a way to use the relax app but set some breathing pattern for example 4/7/8 (inhale, hold, exhale)

Hello @sarvictor and welcome to the Community. I'm sorry, but the Relax app can only do inhale and exhale for the set time periods. There is a Premium mindfulness session called 'Learn the 4-7-8 breathing practice' that is a 4 minute session.
