    Time of Day discrepancy/heart rate

Please see the attached pix. The TOD (time of day) is 10:33PM yet my Ionic is showing an elevated heart rate at 11:59PM. Why is it showing data in the “future?” I confirmed my time settings were accurate. Any thoughts?315B37C1-7470-40C2-B8CA-E1F705ACA66C.png

@spitfire1 I hope you're doing well! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with the heart rate graph showing data in the "future".

Is the same happening for other graphs? Let's say today's graph... Did it show like that too?

Please expand the graph by tapping on those two arrows in the corner. You will see an expanded graph. If you tap on each of the peaks shown there it will give you the time they were recorded. Could you check if that specific peak will also show a "future" time? Or if it is showing correctly by expanding the app?

    Also, try the following:

    • Log out from the Fitbit app.
    • Reboot your phone.
    • Log back in to the Fitbit app.

This could help you out. Please try that out and let me know how it goes! Smiley Happy

I think you should reset it again. I haven’t had this experience so I really don’t know what’s it like but I think you will have to reset your heart rate app. Do you mind adding me up let’s be friends. I’m very much interested in being your friend.
