As the title says, I just bought myself a flex off Amazon and trying to set it up, it will not pair and it will not update firmware. Ive tried resetting, and its at full battery. What do I do?

Hi @Kalibaby22  Fitbit stopped selling the Flex years ago. Firmware and software updates stop being available after two years, so that might be the problem you're having. Read more here.

The Flex was originally $99 and it seems people are paying more for them as they are no longer manufactured. If you can't get it to work, it's possible you might want to return it to Amazon.

here are the support contacts I've gleaned over the years on the forums.

when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or X/Twitter works well, too.

Thank you so much! That's what i was afraid of. I wanted something that would track wheelchair pushes as steps and that came up as the best option. I'll look into a different one

@Kalibaby22  you might want to try the Inspire 3. I've seen posts on the forums where people using a wheelchair or a walker have placed the band on the frame to get steps recognized. The Inspire 3 can often be found for $79 on sale.
