Chemist Warehouse

Fragrance is not authentic! The authenticity of a recently purchased designer perfume is questionable. I have been wearing the same fragrance by Dolce and Gabbana for twenty years, usually purchased at Myer, DJs or duty free, so the overall quality of 'The One', it's scent and it's presentation are familiar and undeniable. Times are a little tough and I'd been reassured that the fragrances sold at Chemist Warehouse are genuine, so I thought I'd give it a go. Much to my disappointment, on opening the box, the bottle was immediately, subtly yet undeniably, different, the stamp on the bottom of the bottle was a sticker?? compared to my original, almost empty bottle, which had been embossed in glass. It also was lacking one ingredient. (Please see attached photos) Upon noticing the differences I phoned the store in the hope that it could be returned as I was now totally dissatisfied with my purchase, concerned that it was most likely a copy. The person who was in charge of fragrances was not available but I was reassured they would return my call. They, however, did not. The following week I returned to the store to discuss my concerns. I was directed to the store manager who, upon seeing my fragrance in hand, quickly stated "we do not offer refunds on fragrances". I mentioned my concerns and asked whether CW fragrances are genuine, to which she replied "yes". After a brief discussion with a colleague she returned to tell me occasionally fragrances may be manufactured in different countries therefore there are occasionally discrepancies in the ingredients of a product as well as changes to the bottle appearance?? I'm sorry, but quality control in the top, reputable fashion houses does not wane or fluctuate so I call BS. There clearly is no alternative for genuine quality and I have learnt my lesson. I shall not return to CW and will allert my friends to my experience also. This is not the first time CW has been accused of selling copies...Victoria Secret comes to mind.

Chemist Warehouse in Western Australia, Cannington South. One of the pharmacists, I believe her name is 'Sammy'. Today I asked for help or a recommendation for a UTI, and she said they don't provide any medications there, and I can only get it from an actual pharmacy. I tried to ask again if I can get any sort of help with my UTI, and all I heard from her was 'no, we don't do it here.' Additionally, she was chewing gum while serving me, and all I could see and hear was her loudly chewing and repeating the word 'no, no, no, no.

I complained to chemist warehouse many times but nothing ! They dont care . I have made report to crime stoppers about him Hes ya an aggressive *** bully . He made me pay 88.00 for products he claims I stole hes a liar he works for protocol . My report will now go to police station and I will endeavour get my moneys back no one cares . Iam frightened to past the shop as he Has threatened me !! He told me Im banned from the shop which is Riduclous I need my scripts this is a medical issue now hes a major BULLY!!!

I bought a prescription medication Stemzine 5mg TAB from Chemist Warehouse Forest Hill (415 Springvale Road, Forest Hill) today at 11:10am on 21/08/2023. After consulting with my family doctor, I was advised that due to the harmful side effects of the drug, it was best to return the item to the store of purchase. I called up and spoke with the Pharmacy Assistant named Cedric that same afternoon and he advised me to come back in and get a refund for the item, but it had to be done today or else that would not be possible. I am nearly 80 years old and am experiencing extreme dizziness, therefore with assistance from my son, I travelled back to the store to get the refund of $6.30. However, upon arrival, I was asked to go to the dispensary at the back and speak with the pharmacist herself (she did not give her name but was a young lady of Asian appearance). She was rather rude and abrupt and at one stage even said "do not interrupt me", which we found rather rude. She claimed due to the fact that I had written on the box, it was therefore damaged and was unsellable! After a few minutes of arguing over the stupidity of it all, we reluctantly left. She only gave the option of returning the script and disposing of the medication themselves, or alternatively we take the medication home and dispose of it ourselves. I found this to be unsatisfactory and I am wondering why I should even bother shopping at Chemist Warehouse. I get much better customer service from other pharmacies. I am going to post this negative review whereever possible. I have photographic evidence of the item and the receipt.

30 people waiting in line at Bankstown Again !!! No staff Again !!! Hopeless !!! Get your act together !!

I just purchased a thermometer at Marcoola Chemist Warehouse, which didn't work correctly. Showed an impossible body temp of 34 degree Celsius. Drove back to exchange it. Same issue with the second one. Exchanged for a different, cheaper brand. Slightly better at 35 degrees Celsius, but still not working correctly. I have no time to drive back a 3rd time and did some research. Many complaints about run down, old batteries at Chemist Warehouse stores. One customer stated her baby had 40 degrees critical fever, yet the thermometer was 2 degrees down on the actual reading. Unfortunately those batteries are not accessible to change for new ones. I now wasted 2 car trips, time and money on 3 none working thermometers. Not a happy customer.

I have been harassed stalked and abused by your security at ringwood Lakewood shop .hes a bully and *** I have sent so many complaints and nothing from you its disgraceful he us their weekends and harasses everyone No one helps me at the chemist and hes banned me from the shop . I heed my scrips urgently as this is illegal !!! Its medical issue. Its disgusting none of your staff help he is horrid !!! Sandy

I bought a pregnancy test kit in the morning and came back in the evening want to return it because my partner bought it aswell so doubled up. I am a customer with chemist warehouse for a very long time i was very unempredsed with the manager at Westfield parramatta so I said it's fine and left the store. I don't think I will want to do business with chemist warehouse anymore and I will tell all my friends not to do business with chemist warehouse.

Hi, i order a heap of maxines burn bars from you, but in all the boxes there was only 10 bar when there should be 12. Im not sure if someone packed them wrong or your delivery guy has taken them. Im really not happy with this as they did cost me quite a lot of money. Please can you respond to my email. Im really disappointed in the Fairfield NSW Chemist Warehouse! Every Chemist warehouse I go to for my click and collect has a counter. The Fairfield one doesnt and you have to line up and wait, also there is only one person on the register. The whole purpose of a click and collect is to run in and run out basically. Why does the Fairfield Manager run the store differently to every other store?

I shop at Bairnsdale (don't use internet,) Staff are always so helpful & smiling. I use a walker, staff go & collect items I want, bringing multiple brands for me to check if I'm not sure what I want. Check with chemists to confirm supplements won't interfere with medications. I shopped 2nd jan when the were flat out & service didn't falter. Also the cheapest chemist in bairnsdale

Tried to call CW, to ask a question, no response. This company takes the money but doesnt want to help or take ownership.
