Bug Description

New user space library to support protected key cryptography.
libzpc - IBM Z Protected-key Cryptography.
Repo information will be provided once available.

(assigning this to 's390-tools' is just a placeholder, since this is a brand new package and doesn't exists yet in LP)

New package didn't make it in time for impish / 21.10. Hence, moving to 22.04.
As this is an "independent" new package, we would like to make this available prior to 22.04 as a PPA. Repo information will be provided once available.

An initial package for Ubuntu Server 21.10 (Impish Indri) is available in a dedicated libzpc PPA for further testing:
