Job Description: As the Social Media & Email Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media and email marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive sales. You will collaborate closely with the CEO to create compelling content, manage social media channels, and optimize email campaigns to reach our target audience effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand identity.
• Manage social media accounts, including daily monitoring, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining a consistent posting schedule.
• Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive conversions, and increase customer retention.
• Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of social media and email marketing efforts, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media and email marketing to continuously improve campaign performance and stay ahead of the competition.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in social media management and email marketing, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with the ability to leverage each platform's unique features to achieve marketing objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
