What are we looking for?

A CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER who must be located in SAO PAULO and have the mission of developing and implementing strategic communication plans that effectively promote the company’s brand and services to internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects, work cross-functionally, and deliver high-quality results.

• What Challenges will you face?
• Develop and execute comprehensive corporate communication strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Manage and oversee all internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, speeches, presentations, and social media content.
• Collaborate with executives and other teams to craft and deliver critical messages and announcements.
• Serve as the company’s point of contact, handling media inquiries and coordinating interviews.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage and public perception of the company, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Develop crisis plans and manage communication during crises to protect the company’s reputation.
• Coordinate and manage company events, including conferences, product launches, employee meetings, and corporate and industry-related events.
• Ensure all communications follow the company’s brand and messaging guidelines.
• Coordinate and oversee the work and alignment with external agencies and providers to ensure our company’s consistency in communication.
• Oversee the production of communication materials, including brochures, reports, and videos.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in corporate communications and public relations.

What specific knowledge do you require?

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in the Energy industry or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies.
• Experience working with media and handling media inquiries.
• Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms, including social media, content management systems, and analytics tools.
• Portuguese fluent
• Spanish fluent
• English fluent
