We’re looking for a Brand Executive to join the team and work together with the Brand Manager to ensure we land our brand proposition with impact in the market.


We are looking for someone who:


  • Has at least 5 years of experience working for brands within a consumer goods sector;
  • Has experience working in an in-house Marketing/Brand department;
  • Has a keen interest in sports;
  • Is creative by nature, able to think outside of the box and push ideas and execution beyond the tried and tested;
  • Proves a track record of involvement/ownership of successful brand campaigns and activity to point to;
  • Has experience managing agencies and delivering clear creative feedback is key;
  • Has a customer-centric mentality – you'll be comfortable interpreting and utilizing customer data and insights to support your thinking and recommendations.


Bonus points if you:


  • Have experience in managing sponsorship activations and large-scale multichannel campaigns;
  • Have experience In a global business with a central/local dynamic - highly desirable;


What you'll be doing:


  • You’ll be based right at the heart of the action, up close and personal with customers alongside our team in Brazil, reporting to the brand manager, ensuring we deploy our brand with consistency and join up our global and local strategies;
  • You’ll work with the group brand team to bring any flagship brand activity such as sponsorships to life in an on-brand, maximum-impact way;
  • You’ll manage the creation of any market-specific campaigns, ensuring both central and local campaigns are deployed to the same high standard;
  • You’ll work closely with the local media buying team to ensure all campaigns are planned, executed, optimized and delivered on time, and in line with agreed objectives;
  • You’ll work closely with all local marketing teams including social, PR, activation and events to ensure all external communications are executed in line with brand guidelines and align to our agreed strategy;
  • You’ll work closely with the sponsorship and partnerships team to ensure our sponsorships, ambassadors and partners are aligned to the agreed frameworks and always serve to elevate our brand in the market;
