As an IT Recruiter, you will support the growth of our team promoting Oktana’s reputation and attractiveness as a great career opportunity, focused on sourcing, screening and closing qualified candidates both junior and senior. You will assess applicants' knowledge, skills and experience to best suit open positions, collaborating proactively with hiring managers to adjust strategies as-needed.

This is a on-site position and you will report to our Recruiting Lead and collaborate with a team of recruiters based across Latin America.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates through relevant platforms, online forums and headhunting
• Manage recruitment and selection processes end-to-end, from initial screening to offer letter
• Conduct pre-hire reference checks
• Assist in onboarding of new hires to ensure they have a smooth first day
• Actively maintain real-time records of all activity in Salesforce platform
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, requirements and interview flows to ensure you are able to screen effectively
• Develop and maintain relationships with organizations and programs that drive talent to Oktana
• Keep up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations

Requirements

• 3+ years work experience as a tech recruiter, hiring IT roles including architects, developers, etc.
• Comfortable periodically recruiting and interviewing for non-technical senior roles
• Familiarity with leading job databases.
• The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies
• Proactive and professional communicator
• Working knowledge of employment law of your country.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Administration, or related field

• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tool
