The organisation a leading and reputable real estate company operating in Sydney, is seeking a highly competent and motivated individual to join their team as an HR Assistant. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting the human resources function of our organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, and managing HR documents and files.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
  • Assist in organising and coordinating training and development initiatives for employees.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives, as assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of [X] years of experience in an administrative or HR support role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
