The platform supports multiple languages and allows me to build pages intuitively just the way I want, so using it is truly enjoyable. However, when I published the page I created this time, it didn’t display as expected. I tried to troubleshoot the issue myself but couldn’t find the cause, so I contacted the official support chat as a last resort. To my surprise, the problem was solved instantly—so quickly that I wished I had asked for help much earlier.
All I had to do was temporarily grant access permissions and simply wait, and everything was resolved for me. When I asked about the cause, they even provided a detailed explanation with screenshots, which was incredibly helpful. It has been a long time since I’ve experienced such impressive and touching customer support.

The Pagefly Technicial Support Team especially Logan, has been very helpful! We met an issue with a massive amount of lost images due to an accidental deletion of an essential file that contains the required pagefly assets. Logan has been patient & prompt in his assistance to us, knowing that is important to get our store displaying the pages correctly, he and his team also assisted us in replacing the images after it's recovered back! A HUGE thank you to the team for providing such a good service & help to us!

Deeply disappointed. I thought this was built for shopify and prepared to run smoothly. We've created a home page with this page and used it for our black friday sale. What a mistake!!! That was a lot of trust on one app.
It was all wrong... the page had a lot of bugs and issues, it took ages to load, the side menu bar did not work... a real huge disaster.
Please do not use this app for anything important.
HOMEPAGE STOPPED WORKING!! MASSIVE IMPACT ON BUSINESS.
I don't know how the long issue was happening, but my homepage and some product pages were not loading on some versions on iPhone. This is the THIRD time this year I have had this issue. Other times caught it early, but I suspect this could have been an issue for a few days.
Detrimental to business. If I didn't have so many live pages, I would definitely be looking for a new app right now.
I was speaking to Miracle, who just ended the chat without a full resolution. which was also rude.

We've only started building customised landing pages. The backend is easy to use and understand.
But what stands out is the exception customer service team. Kudos to not using AI Chatbots to regurgitate FAQ answers. They actually have people on the other end to understand the problem for that use case. It's refreshing to receive such support.
